2025 ECMI Annual Conference Report

The 2025 ECMI Annual Conference gathered policymakers, industry participants an academics for a full-day discussion on the future of capital markets. It started with a keynote speech on the need for defining the scope and implementing the Savings and Investment Union (SIU), and included sessions on long-term saving investment products, strategic infrastructures for capital markets, and supervision. The 2025 ECMI best paper "Attracting New Listings: Understanding What Drives IPO Activity Across Markets" was also presented.
